Due to company growth they are a seeking talented Area Managers to join their NSW, VIC and QLD operations team and make a real difference to the direction of the business.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for up to 4 stores in one of these states. Key to your success will be your ability to use innovative methods to train and develop your staff. You will have a proactive approach to achieving sales, managing all reports and policies and procedures, wages and shrinkage, budgets and overall use your star quality leadership to drive your staff and business to succeed.

To be considered for one of these exciting positions you MUST have completed a UNIVERSITY DEGREE possess an understanding of business financials and demonstrates a very strong sales and service approach. Equally important are your excellent LEADERSHIP and communication skills, coupled with a forward thinking and flexible approach.
